Hey and in this week’s podcast, we dive into the second segment of our Lessons Learned Mini Series!


And this episode is all about the lessons that we learned in lead generation and sales.


So - to summarise:

  • Test your lead magnets before creating them
  • Use cold DM lead gen (the RIGHT way!) and profile lead gen at the start and then move to inbound DM and profile lead gen
  • Don’t judge your audience or your content or your gift if you are following our organic magic process too early - if you have only added 30 ideal clients and a couple of posts it is too soon to judge
  • Don’t think that organic is completely free - your time and your team and software have a cost
  • Bring funnels into play asap to save time
  • Give your audience your content in the way that they want to consume it
  • Come from a place of service and abundance, not from a place of fear and lack
  • People’s triggers are theirs and theirs alone - it has NOTHING to do with you!
  • Outsource and automate as soon as is physically possible
  • Test and track data at all times otherwise it is just emotional guessing
  • Create your content when in flow and in batches
  • Your energy = Your results
  • If you think that something won’t work it won’t
  • Have no attachment to the outcome
  • Your sales conversations will improve over time, so just get started
  • You MUST understand the objections of your market before moving to mass sales mechanisms
  • Put programme advisors in place as soon as possible
  • Don’t judge anything, good or bad, with insufficient data
  • Don’t make investment decisions based on one off results
  • Build a muscle - one or two sales calls or webinars does not a business build.
