- Make sure their decision is pretty much made before they join your sales calls
- Ask powerful questions in your application forms so that they have aha moments and realisations before they get to speak to you or your team
- Don’t be afraid to ask the tough questions.
- Use permission-based questioning
- Offer only when they ask
- Investment only when they ask
- Surprise and delight on your call.
