As you listen to this series unfold, you’ll start to realise that having an Offer that leads simply have to say YES to, is critical to success.

How do we know if our offer is structured in the right way?

How do we change our offers over time to reflect what the market wants?

How do you make that offer a must have?

We will be diving deep into each of these in the Offer series in our podcast, but today, lets unpick structuring our offers in the right way.

First up, we have to define the outcome for our ideal client. It must call out who it is that we serve. It must exclude all others. It must show our high level approach and it must be time specific.

Then, our method. So many get all caught up here on the method, thinking that the length of the weekly coaching calls and the number of workbooks are important. They aren’t. Yes, we have to make decisions on what we want our programme to look and feel like, but these ‘feature brain’ decisions should be quick and then we can move out to focusing on the more important pillars and package.

So for your pillars - you will bring your clients through a sequential process. You bring them from A to B.

So what is step 1? 2? 3? 4? 5?

What are the names of those pillars/ steps?

What are the mini wins at the end of each pillar?

Then your package. Look at the objections that you get over time. What can you add to your offer that will shut those objections down? Eliminate them off the face of the earth?
