Time for the final episode in our new Niche series!

As you listen to these series unfold, you’ll start to realise that being in a niche where you have alignment, is critical to success.

So, how do we know if we are in alignment with what we do?

For me, I have been in both places. Working in a niche where I was not aligned, and also working in a niche where I know that I am doing what I was born to do.

So what do they look like, so that you can self diagnose where you are in your coaching or consulting business?

I worked in Executive burnout coaching when I left corporate. It seemed like a good fit. I had worked in Corporate and could relate to Executives. I had been through a massive and awful burnout and had come out the other side.

But when I worked in this niche, I felt l Ike I was being sucked back into the vortex of ‘unwellness’ that I had fought SO hard to leave behind.

It was draining.

It was depressing.

It was hard to see so many others hurtling down the same tracks that I had been down.

No, I hadn’t seen it coming either.

I found myself circling back to a chapter of my life that I wanted to park and leave in the past.

When we feel those things, some symptoms start to appear.

It become hard to ‘create content.’

Marketing feels hard

We get triggered by others who are working in niches that they adore.

We procrastinate

We don’t do what it takes to build a life of Freedom, Impact Revenue & Empowerment.

We remain an Overwhelmed Expert.

Can you relate?

When we move into niches where our passion lies, where our true zone of genius is, we suddenly are so fired up, we could take on the world.

Everything feels easy.

Everything flows.

Marketing is fun.

Content pours out of us.

We have too many thoughts, too many things to share.

We never work.

Attracting clients is a joy.

Serving them is one of our favourite things to do.

We know that we are doing what we were born to do.
